Home altar in the modern Buryat dwelling: tradition and updating
Abstract
This article is devoted to research of manifestations of modern process of religious revival, in particular, to identification and studying of features of functioning of a house altar. Research of this important element of cult system of a Lamaism or shamanizm — the faiths equally applying for the status of ethnonational religion of the Buryats is especially actual and effective in the analysis of development of process of religious revival.
